I went to Darenth Valley Hospital today for my pre-op assessment and everybody I encountered today where friendly, polite and helpful. The senior nurse Kim was just so good.

After having a mixed experience at Medway hospital I have been a bit nervous about the next step of my kidney stone procedure. That was until I spoke with Kim. She explained everything in detail, gave me some excellent advice and answered all my concerns in a lovely friendly and reassuring way.

I would very much like your hospital to pass on my sincere appreciation because she really was very kind and I feel I came away today knowing I will be in good hands at Darenth Valley. The whole hospital just seem to generate a positive vibe. Thank you so much.
