"I'm very impressed!"

I could not fault the department! I had an appointment at 09: 15 and every single member of staff responsible for my care was excellent.

All staff from reception at the start to my discharge had a wonderful and personable attitude towards me which really helped me to feel less anxious.

Dr. Cowan performed my procedure and introduced himself beforehand. He spoke about why I was having the procedure, what it involved and what would happen afterwards. I felt very at ease as he answered my (many! ) questions in depth and with clarity and took my concerns seriously.

My short time in the Recovery ward was pleasant. I did not feel rushed at all and, again, the attitude of the nurse taking my observations and providing me with hot choccie and biscuits was wonderful.

A procedure I had been dreading was made much less scary by such lovely staff!
