"Maternity sonographer ruined the experience"

We had ou r first babies dating scan in early May so it was the first time to see our baby, we were so excited until I entered the room to get the scan. We weren't allowed to wait the 30 seconds it took my partner to join me so already I was extremely anxious starting without him. When he finally was allowed in we tried to say how great the job must be seeing people's babies, the response we got was utter rudeness. The attitude of the sonographer completely ruined the whole experience, then the baby was being 'awkward' so couldn't get the measurements. We had questions regarding the further tests, was totally dismissive, paid for the pictures, told us to leave the money on the bed,. Today my belly feels like I have been kicked and punched they were pressing so hard. I hope my baby is ok. So whole experience meant to be one of the best was totally ruined, I hope I have someone else for my next one. Maybe I'll go to Gloucester instead
