"Once again excellent service"

My visit was for a short procedure which I have had many times before but for some reason I was a bit stressed about it on this occasion. However, as soon as I was called in the friendliness and efficiency of all concerned, nurses through to the registrar, made the whole experience easy and bearable.

I should say that this has generally been my experience on previous visits to Urology including a couple of short stays on the ward so I have only praise for the people who work there.
