"Not Good"

This surgery has now merged two previous practices.

Green practice was smaller with fewer doctors and Armada practice was just ridiculous with almost 14,000 patients to only a handful of fulltime GP's and several part time GP's.

Not enough GP's, too many patients.

Another surgery is needed altogether in Whitchurch and Hengrove districts.

Whitchurch health centre are trying to do too much with too few doctors and resources.

They keep changing the appointments system to try to deal with the demand, but nothing is working because there are too many patients, yet they are still accepting new nhs patients!

People can get same day appointments, but long queues and long waiting times are a norm at this surgery.

This is not the norm at other surgeries.

To get an appointment at Whitchurch feels as though you need to jump through hoops, the reception staff are overworked and at the front line of dealing with patients frustrations, and it often shows in the attitude they have when dealing with patients, often blunt, to the point as though they are working to rule.

Some are great and always helpful, but there are a few whose attitude sometimes borders on rudeness.
