I was admitted on the night of 4 May with a suspected infection in my left hand. After many tests it was found to be gout in my ring finger. Being diabetic had brought my immune system down and made me susceptible to such complaints.
During my time there all members of staff were brilliant. A really great experience, given that I was in pain.
My compliments to all and special thanks to all in neurosurgery.
"Brilliant hospital and staff"
