Thank you for an excellent visit overall ( less than 30 minutes in A&E). My only additional comments would be that staff should introduce themselves and disabled parking is quite a way from A&E

Thank you for providing feedback about your visit to our A&E department at the Eastbourne DGH.

We welcome all feedback, good or bad, as it helps us to continuously monitor and improve the quality of the service we provide.

We're pleased you found your overall experience 'excellent' and that you were seen quickly.

It's interesting you observed staff did not introduce themselves. As a Trust, we fully support and have adopted a national campaign called 'hello, my name is...', and throughout last year, we publicised this important message to staff.

We apologise that you found the disabled parking quite a distance from A&E.

Please be assured that your useful comments will be shared with key staff within the organisation to note and act upon, and your kind 'thank you' will be shared with the staff in A&E.
