"Outstanding service"

I wish to convey my deepest gratitude to the outstanding professional service I've received from the audiology team.
The depth of knowledge and experience was fully evident during my visit to be fitted with new hearing aids. I felt relaxed and completely trusted the staff
A friendly and dedicated team of people even down to the directions to the audiology department I was given by a nurse on area 9 who was on their way home but went back to offer assistance.
