"Queen Charlotte's & Chelsea – great first visit"

I visited QCCH for my first ultrasound this week, and it was great. The wait wasn't too long, the waiting areas were fine, the blood test totally painless and the ultrasound brilliant: the sonographer was really, really lovely and stayed late to make sure she could get all the angles she needed (the baby was being uncooperative); the doctor sitting in with the sonographer was also lovely.

Reception had closed by the time my appointment had finished, but I called the next morning and immediately got through to a pleasant receptionist who booked me in for my next appointment.
