(as the patient),

I was admitted to A & E  with a suspected heart attack the treatment I received from every single member of staff was absolutely marvellous. Nothing was to much trouble for them and they were all so friendly. I also noticed the care they gave to very difficult and demanding patients their dedication and patience was amazing to witness. This was my first ever stay in hospital and my admiration for the staff from doctors down to porters I just can't thank them enough. I am now on the road to recovery thanks to you all. Regards Steve
