"Thank you to the male doctor with the strawberry blond hair"

I came to A & E in quite a lot of pain, the nurses and doctors were extremely kind, the doctor had a very zany sense of humour and that put my mind at ease.

I can quite simply say that this was a pleasant experience, as although I was in a lot of discomfort, the staff I met were so delightful and charming. Any apprehensions I had prior to attending A & E were quickly forgotten. Thank you, to the male doctor with the strawberry blond hair for making me laugh, humour is certainly a great form of distraction, and I felt very re-assured after my diagnoses.
