I visited QVH Sleep Disorder Centre and I was seen by Bianca, a nurse with an American accent. I would like to praise her for her excellent skills.

I have found all the staff at QVH Sleep disorder centre extremely helpful, but I consider that Bianca demonstrated exceptional people skills and had an excellent ability to convie information.

I had previously experienced some difficulties with using the apparatus and she very patiently went through the correct procedures and illustrated the key messages by demonstrating the correct usage of the machine. Whilst I had been shown these mesures before I found that I couldn't remember them fully when I returned home. With Bianca's visual explication I was left in doubt of the correct usage and then she provided me with additional tips.

Please could you pass my thanks on to Bianca for her assistance and pass this note onto her superiors as I believe it is important that the managers know when a member of their team provides excellent service
