About: Basildon University Hospital

Had to bring my husband to A& E on 28/04/2016 it was before 8am. We see a nurse and doctor my husband hurt his foot. The service was outstanding from the time we entered A&E until we left. He was given a follow up apt for 03/05/2016 as an add on. He was seen again in A&E before time and again the service by the doctor was outstanding.

Due to the above and ongoing problem my husband needed to have an MRI scan on his back. I dealt with the staff in the MRI section, they are outstanding in their patient approach. I have spoke to them twice now and they have called me back twice with updates.

I know that Basildon hospital gets bad press, from A&E to the MRI department the service given to my husband i would say is outstanding.
