Having written a review yesterday, I am unhappy as to the waiting time not given.
I know that now I have been referred for surgery to remove my gallbladder after several attacks, this was done in April following referral from my Doctor in October last year.
I am now on the waiting list, but no-one is prepared to advise how long the waiting list is, and how long I have to wait.
The website advises 19 weeks from Doctors referral to the hospital.
I got referred in October last year, saw Consultant in January, Scan on 1st March, received letter end of April, now nothing.
Can you advise me on this please.
I would like to plan weekends away or holidays but this problem persists and it is embarrassing when out in public if I have any sort of attack, I am on a set diet so have to be careful what I eat.
Be pleased to hear any explanation that I receive.
