"Lovely phlebotomist"

I had to have a blood test done - a regular occurrence for me unfortunately, but the first time I'd had to take my 2 young children with me. I was really worried that they wouldn't be welcome in the room with me but the phlebotomist was lovely! They engaged with them and put them at ease, found my vein quickly (no mean feat, showing they're skilled as well as kind!) and showed my interested 4-year-old the vials of "Mummy's blood". My 3 year old was very taken with her visit to the "furbottomist" - thank you!
