About: Crosshouse Hospital

(as the patient),

Anxious with not being in a hospital for a procedure at the young age of 49 I was so looked after by all within the endoscopy day care unit, form Gillian who explained every precise detail right though to David, Meg & Mr Vony(name spelt wrong of course). Some humour was enjoyed by all which was really appreciated guys. Thanks again.

I appreciate how attending for any procedure can be a little frightening and am delighted to hear that the friendly staff were able to put you at ease.
