About: University Hospital Wishaw / Maternity Care (Wards 21-24)

(as the patient),

My 1st baby came into the world in March 2016. I was apprehensive and worried about how my care would be as heard the usual horror stories. however from the second I arrived the midwifes took great care of me, made me feel super relaxed, helped me through my birth and made it all worth while. The care really in my eyes was amazing. I can't thank the doctors and midwives enough for helping create such perfect memories for me. the NHS is really amazing. Well done Wishaw.

Thank you so much for your positive feedback on the care you received here in the Maternity Unit at Wishaw General Hospital.

I am so glad you felt well cared for by the doctors and midwives and it was such a lovely experience for you. Please be assured I will feed this back to all staff within the unit.

I appreciate you taking the time to sit down and write this as I can imagine how busy your life must be with such a young baby.

Enjoy all the cuddles while your baby is still small as they grow up so fast.
