"Thank you for your kindness and impeccable bedside manner"

I would like to thank the kind nurse and doctor who looked after me on Tuesday afternoon.

I would especially like to thank the young female medical student who took me through to the cubicles on Tuesday afternoon and carried out the initial assessment. This young woman clearly knew there were other worries on my mind. With her kindness, help and impeccable bedside manner I was able to talk about an unhealthy phobia that I was embarrassed and worried about with regards to possible ongoing treatment options I may face. I feel I can now discuss this phobia with my GP to help in other aspects of my life. I’m not there yet but the people responsible for my care will now know I have this problem. I cannot thank her enough. I’m also sorry I cannot remember her name so she can be recognised.
