"It was a waste of time"

I had a consultation and I was extremely disappointed with the service. At first I was offered support of a CPN and a further appointment which I agreed to. After the doctors had discussed my case offer of help was withdrawn and was discharged back to the GP on an antidepressant. I had gone to psychiatry in order to help me get better in order to return to work quicker. It was a waste of time. I felt worse at the end of the consultation than I did at the start.
