"Over 3 months since referral and no one will..."

About: St Bartholomew's Hospital

My husband has a life threatening heart condition and an internal defibrillator. He was referred by his GP to the heart clinic on 1st February. To date, on 4 May, he has still not received an appointment. His GP has written on 2 further occasions, and I have contacted the secretarial and booking team 4 times to follow this up. No-one will respond to emails, or tell us who we should contact to find out when he can expect to receive any correspondence or details of an appointment.

In the meantime my husband is receiving no consultant care for his serious heart condition. very disappointed.
