"Excellent care on Cuckfield ward"

I had an endoscopy at PRH, Cuckfield ward. On arrival I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. Very soon a very warm and friendly nurse introduced themself, they stayed with me for the majority of my care! They explained everything in detail and prepped me for a sedation. I met the consultant who was a very kind person and put me straight at ease! I didn't have to wait very long and the procedure started. Everything was explained fully before,and during the procedure. I then had a fresh cup of coffee and biscuits, a few checks to make sure I was ok to go home and that I was being met by another adult who could stay with me. Exceptional care, nice and clean ward. Thank you all so much!
