About: North Middlesex Hospital

Very happy with my recent visit to the A&E. The department wasn't very busy during our visit and we were in and out the door within 4 hours. Only criticism is the cleanliness of the bays although I imagine this can be hard to upkeep with so many patients. Everyone was very friendly and calm, just shows you how much difference it can make when you're not understaffed! Well done and thanks for working the bank holiday shift.

Thank you for your feedback. The A&E department has both cleaning and house keeping who are responsible for reviewing this. Clearly we have not maintained our high standards on this occasion which we apologise for.
