"Poor communication! Unprofessional"

About: Salisbury District Hospital

My son had accident way back 2010, got burns and went to this hospital and they messed up my son's wounds, they haven't cleaned it properly and end up my son was very poorly that needs to take to Southampton ICU. After he was stable, they took him to Frenchay Hospital in Bristol, and the consultant in Bristol told us that the cause of my was very poorly because his wound was not cleaned from Salisbury hospital.

At the moment we have an appointment every 6 months to see his consultant and all I can say the booking department are rubbish, useless, if I don't call they can't even bother to send an appointment letter and when you call them, they are un professional...the manager of this hospital should do something of these staff...disgusting!
