My Hearing aid has broken.
I have been trying to make an appointment to get it mended.
But I am supposed to phone to make an appointment.
How can I when I am deaf and live alone????
I could not even hear the switchboard operator.
So what am I to do????
This system is stupid. I will have to turn up in person to make an appointment!!!!
This system may save staff time, but what a waste of patients time as I live over 10 miles from the hospital
