The Let's Talk service was a huge help in combating and dealing with my issues with anxiety and depression. I feel it has enabled me to start getting my life back on track and I feel much better about myself as a person. Emma was very open and honest, and I felt like I could be open and honest with her talking about my issues and problems. She has been warm, and empathetic, and she has not judged me. I have spoken to her about things I have never told anyone before. I know this is her job but I feel like she genuinely cared about me. I cannot thank you enough.
