"We have been failed by this service."

I left a review and was contacted by the service, asking me to get back to them.

I did so and never heard back.

We have been completely failed by this service, we contacted them about ten weeks ago and are still waiting for contact from them regarding treatment.

I think it is a disgrace and have contacted my GP to inform them of the totally inadequate service.
