"My uncle's stay in Mile End Hospital"

I would just say that, having made a formal complaint about the lack of care and concern during my Uncles stay in Mile End hospital, (he is 96 years old and blind) I did receive a detailed apology from the trust.

Unfortunately in the areas that mattered, ie the 'attitude' of staff on the ward, when followed up we were told the nurses in question 'did not remember this incident' - including one where he was left sitting on the toilet for a number of hours because he had been forgotten and could not raise any awareness of his situation.

It was only because his other niece came to visit that this was noticed. I am not sure how this hospital got a 'good' rating, it seemed anything but.
