"Stop Knocking the NHS"

I haven't been to hospital for over 30 years but having to go to watford A&E over a busy Bank Holiday was not something I was looking forward to especially as I was in a lot of discomfort.

From the receptionist to the nurses and the consultants all I can say is that the whole diagnosis and treatment process was treated with appropriate speed, respect, humour (where needed) and a clear understanding of what was going on.

The service was excellent - well done NHS Watford A&E; don't knock the NHS its full of people with an amazing service and care orientation.

Perhaps patients also need to consider their behaviour - it must make a difference in the way people respond to you especially when they are so busy and have to constantly multi task.
