"Injury to hand during a football match"

Ended up making a complaint to the highest up person in A&E about the doctor who saw me. They were laying slumped in a chair, didn't know what I had even done to my hand, and then told me I'm wasting my time being at the hospital and to just take painkillers! Not only that a member of staff who i can only assume was a nurse come out with this trolley with bloody bandages on it, touched them with no gloves on, then picked up the phone and called someone, then the receptionist behind the desk picked up the phone and starting using it, one way to spread disease! Avoid this hospital at all costs!
