"cancelled outpatients apointment"

About: East Surrey Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

On arrival on time for my appointment I was told the clinic had been cancelled and a new appointment had been sent in the post. As after further investigation, no letter was sent and no new appointment made. I have made a complaint to PALS who were very apologetic and they found out that indeed no letter had been sent and no new appointment. Whatever happened to this clinic I do not know. I left the hospital very disappointed and I still had to pay for parking as the cashier would not help me.
