About: Goring Hall Hospital

Post op recovery and mobility for left hip replacement was always going to be an issue due to disability in right leg caused by polio, but after discussions with my surgeon and the excellent physio team a plan of action was agreed.

After the operation, which went well, mobility was at times difficult, but achieved.

12 months on, all movement in the hip is back to normal, but without the pain.

Thanks again to all involved.

We are pleased to hear that the plan of action, put in place after discussions with your surgeon and our Physio team, worked well for you and that although at times your mobility was difficult, twelve months on your hip is back to normal.
