We visited the minor injuries unit today ( bank holiday Monday ) as my husband had a cut on his right arm that became red and inflamed over the last 24 hours ?The receptionist was helpful ,friendly and efficient and their predicted time for us to be seen was spot on.The nurse was equally helpful,efficient and professional ,making sure that my husband had the correct treatment by speaking to Watford general hospital where he has been treated previously .We were very impressed with the entire experience and also the cleanliness of the unit and would like to thank you for helping us today.
