From the very first antenatal appointments I felt really confident and so well looked after.staff at the reception always happy and do their job hard and well. The phlebotomists always make me feel home and they are so professional and caring! I went on the 26th of April for a booked induction and a soon I arrived to the Labour ward I was vary well received and taken to the beginning of the procedure. Doctors and nurses really explain me all the procedure making me understand everything really well! Than the baby decide to came on his own so I have been taken to the Labour room as the Labour started with the contraction itself. The staff that monitored the baby and took my blood test was absolutely amazing happy attitude and I was so happy to see such a good effort and love while working! Than on the room once the Labour start I had 2 midwife with me monitoring me and taking care of me.... I couldn't imagine to be that comfortable giving birth! I definitely would have thousands baby's in the same environment! Everything run smoothly and the midwifes finished their shift and left me in a perfect other midwife hands! I wanted to cry after the bond between us cause they make my experience unique! once my baby was born I have been on the postnatal clinic where the staff was extremely professional and all the care I have received is really difficult to said how much good it was.all the entire experience from pregnancy to birth to postnatal was for me is been excellent and over the top . I will always remember my Labour and all the midwife and staff that I had through all the way! Thank you to make my journey smooth and I hope all the woman's giving birth there can realized how lucky they are to be that looked after! Thank you all of you!
