"AAU impressed and grateful"

I spent yesterday in the AAU having a heart condition checked out. Everybody I met was polite, attentive, and it was clear that my condition would be fully investigated. Even though they were all very busy they listened and responded to my concerns and proceed to treat me with kindness and professionalism. I left in the evening with every confidence that the investigation was thorough. The same applies to the ambulance and paramedic who came at the beginning.
