I have had 2 OPT appointments over the last 2 weeks 1 in day theatre for a colonoscopy the other a CT colonoscopy today . last week the staff were lovely very caring but today they were exceptional the two members of staff I had were so lovely caring and explained everything so well. did not rush but really really cared , I sadly cant remember their names but a huge thank you
