simply exemplary. I am an NHS member of staff, I was highly impressed with the department and all of it's staff.
The clinic was on time and seemed to run very smoothly.
I had a HCA introduce them-self and oversee my experience through the department, talking me through what was required and advising me where to wait. I never felt forgotten about as I have done in other hospital departments.
The consultant was approachable and thorough.
Other departments in the trust should learn from the model used in ENT, not only the patient pathway but also the professional attitudes of the staff.
