Although there was a 45min delay drinks and biscuits were provided and we was told not to put any more money in car park machine as security has been informed.

Thank you for your positing on Patient Opinion, I was pleased to learn that your delayed appointment was treated so positively by the staff and that you were looked after with refreshments and assurances that the car parking staff were aware of the delay. Communication is very important in these situations and I am sure it helps make this type of situation more acceptable.
