"Poor care ward c6"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

Under no circumstances should you let you family member come here. My family member was transfered from another hospital who gave full attention and care for them. My family member is ignored as are we when we come to visit. It took over 45 minutes to get some water for my family member when we asked. The nurses are rude, ignorant and don't seem to care.

I am very sorry to hear of your experience when on the ward.
