About: Royal Derby Hospital

I would like to thank all members of Staff who treated my son recently who had to undergo emergency lower abdominal surgery. The surgeons and nursing staff have been brilliant and we are forever grateful for their skill in saving our sons life.

This includes the Intensice Care Unit and Ward 309 nursing staff who have done all that was possible for my son to be in recovery state at his home.

All had great personalites which emitted confidence that all would be well even to porters who if they thought you were trying to find your way around the hospital quickly offered their assistance. Great Hospital with Great People working there.
