I went for my 12 week scan today and was thoroughly impressed by how incredibly professional, warm and friendly all the staff were. It blew my mind as, no offence but, I haven't had a great experience with other Nhs hospitals. Well done to the entire team from the ultrasound technician who was amazing, to the nurse doing the blood tests who was so friendly, to the awesome receptionist in the main waiting area who took the time to ask us how things had gone as we were leaving. You all made the experience so positive and smooth for us.
