I've recently had my second child at Netherbrook Birthing Unit. I can't thank the staff enough for the care I received whilst in theit unit. All staff were so helpful and understanding of my needs. My whole birthing experience was one I will never forget and that is thanks to the support and help I received throughout my labour. I would recommend all women to have a look round the unit as the calming environment and cleanliness of the unit definitely made my labour such a lovely experience. I can't thank them all enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my last experience of becoming a parent a very memorable one for all the right reasons: -)

Firstly may I congratulate you and your family on the safe arrival of your second baby.

I am so pleased to read that your whole birthing experience was a positive one and I will be delighted to ensure that J Bartlam, Ward Manager for Solihull Birth Unit, and K McGuigan Matron for the Unit are made aware of your feedback so that they can communicate it to all of their team.

I hope this is acceptable and thank you very much for taking the time out of your day to provide your feedback, it is extremely important to us. I'm sure your hands are very full with two children, it's a tough job but definitely the best job in the world!
