I made a complaint months ago but still no reply which is ridiculous,as I'm just an ordinary working class person ye have scant disregard for me and as usual fired to back of the queue but if I was a wealthy person who paid for this and made a complaint it would have been seen to straight away,I've been trying to get thru to someone in particular who replied to my email on a phone number and an email address they left but which both don't exist,to be honest I think this is pathetic as ye can't give me an honest and truthful reply to my complaint which was truthful and honest in the first place about the consultant
