"Four and a half stars!"

Just spent 3 days (2 nights) here after a lumbar spine operation. Spotlessly clean room, helpful, pleasant, efficient staff. With special appreciation to a particular Nurse. Absolutely no complaints. A small suggestion: I'd have liked an overview each day from an appropriate authority figure, a sort of Ward Sister, just summarising where I was at, what would happen next, and so on. But it all worked out fine despite some unwelcome post -op problems. Hope it isn't necessary but I'd be happy to come here again.
