"Treatment by all staff within WIlliam Harvey..."

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

Having been referred for an urgent appointment to William Harvey Endoscopy unit my fears of a life threatening diagnosis were heightened. With the indications I had presented, namely intermittent rectal bleeding thoughts focused on possible bowel cancer.

From arrival in the Endoscopy unit till discharge I cannot praise the staff and their professional manner more highly. They treated me with the utmost respect and care. They are all a credit to the NHS.From administration to Consultant words cannot express my gratitude. The results of my Colonoscopy were clear thank God,but I know if they had been the worst scenario my care would have helped me through.Thank you all.

Thank you so much for letting us know about your experience and for taking the time to contact us about this.

I will copy this to our Chief Nurse as I am sure she would be pleased to hear about this too.

I hope your condition will have cleared soon and that you enjoy good health.
