"I have loved mixing and socialising with all the new people at the Mansfield and Ashfield Women's Group"

Thank you for inviting me to the women’s group I have loved mixing and socialising with all the new people, the building is lovely and we like meeting up at the bus station and travelling up to the group together and going for a drink in the café before the group starts, they are all lovely people.

I have really enjoyed all the things we have done together like visiting places in the community and having lunch and making things out of beads – all the activities have been brilliant I have loved everything about the group. The staff are lovely, beautiful people who have helped me learn about eating well, exercising, keeping safe at night and sharing / talking about problems. The group has helped me a lot with my confidence and I really enjoy meeting and making my new friends (lovely ladies) and being listened to. It would like to come to another group in the future and hope to keep meeting up with my new friends.
