"No wonder the NHS is in trouble with..."

Terrible service that does not know what it is doing. Multiple visits for the same examination. Slow progress made between them. All in all from GP to circle 6 months before surgery which I now know wasn't necessary. Back to Circle to push for a resolution and still waiting. Still at the same stage I was at 4 months earlier. Understaffed, some of which don't seem to care and don't follow up or call you back. If this is what privatising the NHS is like then it's doomed. The time and money wasted on me must have been huge not to mention the time and money I have wasted. Big changes needed here.
