"Awful Experience"

About: Priory Hospital Roehampton

I think

With the Priory you are paying for a name paying into a brand it certainly did not meet my expectations Poor staff care poor state of repair of the room cracks and damp , doctor did not have enough time to see me as they said they were very busy the nicest people at the priory were the receptionists and the cleaning staff, Nursed and Care staff argued with each other on a nightly basis which is not great considering I was there for panic disorder, the Priory Groups I feel are pretty old School and unhelpful as it is a rolling program and you just cover the bits of the treatment that happens to be on that week and if you can not afford to stay longer then you do not get the full benefit and even if you can afford to stay its seems it is set up to maximise income of course they do I understand it is a business but Profit really is at the for front of the priory's mind and care is secondary, The Food even though I only ate once while there was fine no problems there. I self funded at 1000 pounds per night I stayed 6 nights which = 6000 pounds it was the biggest waste of money ever as I came home feeling more poorly than when I arrived I was going to stay longer but the place was so intimidating and uncomfortable I needed out. Bristol priory on the other hand is excellent!!! if you need you mental health needs addressing in a caring compassionate was Bristol priory is the place to go If you want uncaring staff that are too busy to be able to offer meaningful care then waste your money and go to roehampton
