"Blood test"

Recently I attended my GP's surgery for a blood test and came away in pain and badly bruised. Today, however, I went to the River Place Health Centre where one of your bank staff took my bloods. They were totally professional, courteous and caring. I didn't feel the needle go into my arm and was surprised with the ease they dealt with me. People like this do not get enough appreciation in this world of litigation for small hurts, they are an absolute credit to the NHS phlebotomy department.
