"Disappointing switchboard staff have ruined..."

About: Royal Hampshire County Hospital

I had a home sleep study organised for tonight. This is after the first one went wrong (due to a computer issue based around moving offices I was told today).

I was happy to do it again however I have been given a device that appears to not be functioning. Upon attempting to contact the sleep study team for help I was told by someone on the switchboard in a casual manner 'oh never heard of it'. So again time has been wasted: both mine and the team I have been seeing (who I cannot fault as they have otherwise been pleasant and helpful)

It is hard enough to schedule appointments around work. I waited a month before the first issue. I was willing to wait another month. All I would ask is that when I am seen in due course that I am not made to wait weeks for nothing.

I will be trying to reach my GP and look at alternative options/hospitals because at this rate I am going to be going back and forth with you for an unknown amount of time.
