What I liked

Care was taken at every stage to explain clearly to me what the recommended treatment involved. Pre and post operative care was excellent from all staff. Special mention for superb patient care must go to the nursing staff on Tye Green ward and the Physiotherapy staff at St.Margaret's Epping. Staff took time to answer questions and resolve any concerns and all patients were treated with respect whatever the time of day or night. The physiotherapy staff at St.Margaret's particularly went out of their way just recently (Feb 2010) to ensure that a hydrotherapy appointment went ahead despite some difficulties. Many thanks to all staff.
